• Appointments and orders: name, email address, phone number, and the details needed to serve you (such as event date, sizing and preferences).
• Messages: texts, emails and calls you exchange with us, so our staff can pick up where you left off.
• Automatically: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and text-message consent are never shared with any third party.

Text messages

With your consent, we send fitting appointment confirmations, reminders and replies to your questions by text message to the mobile number you provide. You give that consent by checking the text-message box when you book a fitting, or by giving your mobile number to our staff and asking for texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us, or by contacting us at info@elizabethleebridal.com. Reply HELP for help. Messages are sent through Twilio from our business number. Your phone number is used only to communicate with you about your appointment, order or questions.

Email

Appointment and order emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email service. Marketing email, if you joined a list, can be unsubscribed from any message.

Storage and security

Your information is kept in secure business systems and protected with industry-standard practices. We keep appointment, order and contact records for a reasonable period to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
